1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. This public offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms and conditions under which the Administration of fia.li (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") provides access to the fia.li service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.2. The Service offers email masking functionality, allowing Users to create email aliases for anonymization and forwarding of electronic messages.
2. Moment of Agreement Conclusion (Acceptance)
2.1. This Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the User completes registration on the Service and starts using its functionality.
2.2. The User's acceptance of this Agreement constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms.
3. Service Characteristics
3.1. The Service provides Users with the ability to create and use email masks for forwarding and anonymizing emails.
3.2. The Service operates on a subscription basis with free and paid plans. The paid subscription extends usage limits and unlocks additional filtering features.
4. Price of the Service
4.1. The Service is available in both free and paid versions.
4.2. The cost of the paid subscription is $1.99 per month.
4.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the cost of the paid subscription at any time. Changes do not affect Users who have already paid for the subscription period.
5. Payment and Delivery Terms
5.1. Payment for the paid subscription is made through the payment methods available in the Service.
5.2. After successful payment, the User is granted access to the additional features of the paid subscription.
5.3. The subscription is activated automatically upon successful payment processing.
6. Guarantees, Returns, and Exchanges
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with specific User needs.
6.2. The Administration may refund the subscription fee within 14 days from the date of payment, but is not obligated to do so.
6.3. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Administration upon the User’s request via support service.
6.4. The paid subscription cannot be exchanged or transferred to another User.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The User has the right to:
- Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose.
- Contact support for assistance with technical issues.
7.2. The User is obligated to:
- Not use the Service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, and fraud.
- Not violate the rights of third parties when using the Service.
7.3. The Administration has the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
- Suspend or terminate access to the Service for Users who violate this Agreement.
